Job Description: Play a significant leadership and management role in the ongoing development of the UG, PG programme. Maintain overall supervision of teaching programs and guidance of teaching staff including in-service education of staff. admission process Responsible for all documentation work regarding college admissions and play a leading role in the student Promote Career Planning services through in-class presentations, student organization outreach, New Student Orientation and in concert with college support services. Responsibility for organizing workload of staff including teaching assignments. Determines the scope & responsibility of each teaching & non-teaching staffs. Assisting in yearly teacher evaluations, assisting in providing guidance to staff and students, and encouraging a positive climate in the college.
